We take a look at the latest transfer rumours involving Italian sides.
Reports in Italy suggest that Livorno are interested in taking Cristiano Lucarelli back to the Stadio Armando Picchi. The striker left the club in the summer of 2007 after a conflict with President Aldo Spinelli. He moved to Ukraine with Shakhtar Donetsk before moving back to Italy with Parma in January 2008.Roma have completed the signing of full back Marco Motta from Udinese. The Italian U21 Captain moved to the capital on loan back in January and the Giallorossi have taken up the option to sign him permanenty for £3m.
Emiliano Moretti may be making a move back to Serie A with Genoa interested in signing the defender. The Rossoblu have been keeping tabs on the Valencia man and are expected to make a bid soon.
Alexandre Pato looks set to stay at Milan rather than join up with Carlo Ancelotti at Chelsea. The Brazilian striker had previously said he would be interested in a move to England but has now denied this. "I am a Milan player and Milan are my future." said the teenager.
Despite Silvio Berlusconi's comments that offers for Andrea Pirlo would be considered, the Italian midfielder wants to see out his contract with Milan. Chelsea are thought to be interested but may be put off by Milan's £20m estimation.
Napoli continue to strengthen for next season and Adrian Mutu is the latest player to be linked with a move. Coach Roberto Donadoni is a big admirer of the strikr. Fiorentina want £10m for the Romanian.
Morgan De Sanctis has completed a move back to Italy by moving from Sevilla to Napoli. The former Udinese goalkeeper spent last season on loan at Galatasaray.
Douglas Maicon continues to be linked with a move away from Inter. Real Madrid are now thought to be interested in signing the fullback and join the ever increasing list of admiring clubs.
